Travelling child sex offenders are increasingly using fast-developing technologies to commit their crimes. This thematic note looks at how SECTT (sexual exploitation of children in travel and tourism) and OCSE (online child sexual exploitation) are interrelated, as well as the necessary measures to tackle the evolving nature of the crime.
